The Glacier Investment Roadshow, which ends in Port Elizabeth today, gave attendees insight into developments in Glacier’s business and the regulatory environment.
Glacier CE Khanyi Nzukuma emphasised the need to stay relevant through innovation and new opportunities. ‘We aim to achieve commercial success while making a difference,’ he said.
‘One of our biggest investment innovations to date is the inclusion of the life investments in our product offering – giving investors the best of both worlds and enabling us to meet the needs of investors with different risk profiles, from conservative through to aggressive.’
Roadshow presenters covered topics such as the retirement landscape and the implications of the new default regulations, the launch of the Glacier AI Flexible Fund of Funds, and how partnering with Glacier Invest can help intermediaries in their practices. A representative from FluxTrends gave attendees an overview of how millennials think and how they view the financial services industry.
Presentations were held in George, Cape Town, Pietermaritzburg, Durban, Bloemfontein, Johannesburg, East London and Port Elizabeth between 20 August and 14 September.
